  • Pen-and-paper methods that help when words alone feel limited

  • No artistic skill or creativity required

  • Space to slow down, notice what matters, and discover possible next steps

  • Warm, thoughtful support that respects your pace and process

My approach

I support people who are seeking greater clarity, especially in times of change, personal turning points, or moments when life feels overwhelming, unsettled, or hard to sort through.

When we don’t know what to do next, we often try to think harder. Sometimes that helps. And sometimes clarity emerges through another kind of attention, when what is happening inside us is given space to become visible, tangible, or easier to meet.

That is why I use pen and paper in my sessions. You do not need drawing skills, artistic experience, or a creative identity. Simple lines, shapes, words, or images can sometimes open a path when language alone feels limited. They can help us notice what is present but not yet fully formed. Often, something important becomes clearer there: relief, honesty, movement, or a possible next step.

My sessions are a calm, human space. There is no pressure. You do not have to prove anything or arrive with everything figured out. You are allowed to be present with whatever is happening right now. I accompany you attentively and openly, with respect for your pace, your questions, and what feels manageable.

What has shaped me?

I grew up in Magdeburg, Germany, and later lived for some time in the San Francisco Bay Area. Living between different places and phases of life shaped my awareness of change, belonging, and orientation. Today, I live in Germany again. My work is influenced by this movement between the familiar and the new, and by a steady interest in what helps us feel grounded when things shift.

Why I came to coaching

I came to coaching through my own experience of how visual exploration can support inner processing, clearer seeing, and the discovery of new options.

When I feel stuck, stirred, or unable to find the right words, I often reach for paper and pencil to make room for what is there. Again and again, I have experienced how something can change when it becomes visible. Things begin to settle. Connections appear. There is more room to breathe. This experience deeply shaped me and became the foundation of my approach to supporting others. I want to create spaces where people can meet themselves with more clarity, creativity, and gentleness. Spaces where there is more connection to what is present right now.

My professional background

I have a background in UX design and have worked in user-centered design for over 20 years. I am a designer and a certified usability consultant.

The skills I developed in this field naturally inform my coaching today: paying close attention, listening carefully, recognizing patterns, and organizing complexity in a way that can restore a sense of direction. I work in a way that is clear yet intuitive. Structured but not rigid. Attentive without imposing anything on you.

If this resonates with you, let’s get to know each other and see whether working together feels right.

I look forward to hearing from you.
